Has anyone else ever experienced a dream like this? I used to have it as a small girl. When I was lying down, I could see myself from above, lying there, and then I started spinning. I couldn’t stop spinning and everything was spinning. When I woke up, I couldn’t move at all for a while. It felt so real, and I know that as a child I had it often, so it’s impossible to forget. Tonight it happened again after a long time. This time it was even stronger. I was spinning, but this time there was also another dark figure spinning with me. It lasted a very long time, until the figure sat on me and started suffocating me. I woke up drenched in sweat, I was screaming and couldn’t breathe. I tried to wake up my boyfriend, but in vain. It lasted about 30 seconds until my muscles relaxed and I started breathing normally. My heart was pounding terribly. It was awful. I’m afraid it will happen again. I don’t know how to prevent it.
