Instead of placing blame and just yelling, maybe we should hold accountability and try to grow from this experience? Yeah I'm annoyed and upset but I'm not getting the pitchforks and torches yet. The majority of us are adults...may not act like one at times, but once things calm down, kicking a down horse (or whatever animal you want to include) won't do anything. How can one change if you don't grow? And for those who just refuse to listen to what the main issues were in the first place, just let them go. They are a lost cause. There is no time or patience to shine a dull stone.
