Gasps. Whispers. The sound of someone sipping tea just to hide a grin.
Kendyl forced a smile, though her stomach twisted into knots. It was her third nomination in four weeks inside Frenzy, the country’s most-watched reality show. The cameras never blinked, never slept, never missed the tremor in her voice when she tried to laugh it off.
