Its now supposed to move 5x faster than usual and every time I touch the screen they scatter in the opposite direction? I usually get like 350

Like it was extremely sensitive and the flakes were moving way, way quicker than normal. Has this been happening to anyone else?
Again, the flakes were going MUCH faster than usual on my phone for whatever reason, and I got 100 less than usual because of it
