You matter. You matter in ways you don’t track. In ways you don’t get notifications for. It echoes in other people’s lives in ways you’ll probably never see. And yeah, maybe your life isn’t some cinematic masterpiece right now. Maybe it’s messy, repetitive, confusing, or just… quiet. That doesn’t make it meaningless. It just makes it real. You don’t need to earn your right to exist. You already do. You matter on your worst days. On the days you ghost everyone. On the days you feel like a background character in your own life. Even then. Especially then. So if your brain is being loud today, cool. Let it talk. But don’t automatically believe it.
