these days about my future, and it's striking how we act like life will only begin later. after we fix everything, after we’re ready, after we understand. but it doesn’t. this is it. this slightly messy, slightly meaningless moment. one day, we’ll miss this exactly as it is. I don’t know, I’ve been feeling kind of melancholic… maybe it’s my birthday coming up.
