With a big celebrity guest judge Sin here this week I would have expected more from you. This is week 3, and we should be stepping our games up, but collectively this photo shoot was a step backwards. With that in mind its time for your individual evaluation (given as a fan I am not a real judge!) First up, Biancabae: I’m happy to see your eyes open this week. I think this is a good commercial photo that could sell a bottle of 9.99 perfume, but the challenge was high fashion and luxury brand. You look great in this photo (minus the lost leg) but to me it shows me you may need to study more high fashion magazines. @MissChloeKay: The pose is great, I love the styling choice, and a straight to camera look with the intensity in your eyes goes a long way to help this photo. Cutting off the legs with this pose does make you look shorter than you are, and overall you look a lot different here than in your other photos. Was it makeover week? NicoRobin: your back does move! The first strong pose you have given us. I think you got the styling of this photo half right, but the bathrobe isn’t giving high fashion and editing in that spray makes this photo lose a bit of the high fashion element. If you had held the bottle in the other hand it would make more sense but right now you are spraying your face, not your neck… Your neck is GIVING though and it really saves the photo. Fiji: I have come to expect a lot from you already in this competition. With that said, this photo is good, but not living up to your potential. I like the pose, and your face is strong here, but the composition of the photo brings this down quite a bit for me. It is not high fashion luxury like the challenge asked for. Ralts023: This is a cool photograph. But the assignment wasn’t cool perfume photo, it was high fashion luxury…. Like a lot of the girls, we need to study! This photo could have been top photo if you took out the lightning, gave us a bit more of a passionate look on your face, and maybe let the bottle sit on the bike instead of holding it to camera. Desh: this is one of the first photos so far that actually gives high fashion. You look amazing here, but your expression is lacking. There is nothing in the eyes, and nothing selling this perfume to me. I think a slight tilt in your head and some smizing would have taken this photo to the places it needed to go. Strong, but not your best work. ohEMgee: Coming from you, this photo is giving me the least in your face you have done so far this competition. With that said, it is still stronger than most of the other girls. The pose is elegant, the styling is good, but I would have liked to see full head to toe in the shot and the edited spray isn’t needed. Gabs: Face looks amazingly stunning, but that’s the only good thing about this photo. The rest of your choices here all take away from how great you look. The pose is wrong, the cropping out the feet is strange, and luxury brands would not sell a bottle of perfume that large. I want to see your full body in a shot, give us strength in the pose, and extend that neck a bit more. In a perfume ad, I am going to be looking at your neck and in this photo its looking really short. AngieKStan: You look high fashion in this photo (minus the stocking choice), but the pose is giving price is right girl, and your face is not giving the strength I’ve seen in your previous photos. You also lose a bit of neck here. With that said, something about this whole combination does work for me, but I would flip past this photo in a magazine and not remember it. In this case, the perfume bottle being extremely large works because its clear its not the bottle you would buy, and its clearly enlarged. Trueblood: This photo is lovely. You took a risk in the pose, and it paid off! Your body, garment, and hair all work together to create lines that are appealing to viewer and I would for sure stop on this photo sifting through a magazine. I would have loved this photo even more if the bottle was smaller. If the bottle had to be this big, I wouldn’t hold it level with your face. Otherwise, amazing job! Jessiejedi: This photo is cute. I wish everyone would have avoided the fake spray edit because it really really hurts you here since it crosses over your face. The styling isn’t exactly giving high fashion. I think if you had slicked your hair back, taken the glasses off, maybe even posed about to eat the raspberry this could have worked. Unfortunately, the choices here look like a school teacher spraying the raspberry farm with pesticides. The good news is, with a couple of simple tweaks you could have delivered a really strong concept and look. Jordie: At first glance this photo looks perfect, and for sure is one of the strongest in the bunch. Your face, pose, and composition choices all are very strong. Looking at the photo longer, I notice I would have liked your hair to not cover your neck, and I would like a little bit more of your lower half visible, but what we can see of you is amazing! Melanie: this photo is your best so far. The only girl to give us the right product placement, true luxury high fashion, and amazing face. The pose is a bit weak still, I would have loved to see your left leg extended out a bit more and your hand not placed on your hip, but overall this photo is good. With that said...... Trueblood: This is another strong photo. You have shown some versatility in this pose and your profile in this photo is stunning. I would have liked to see your eyes open as the closed eyes does seem to push this photo a bit into the ‘hoochie’ side when combined with this pose. We cant see your right hand and since your leg is also up…. Melanie: This photo again really screams your brand and I really appreciate that about your photos week to week. I do think your posing can be stronger and not just rely on pretty. You will need to step this up if you want to win this competition. Desh: Well, this photo is….. FIRE. Literally. Despite the chaos in the photo I can’t take my eyes off of you. The boot choice does make your legs look insanely long, and that is my only negative critique here is your left leg looks like we photo shopped it poorly. Otherwise, amazing work! In order for a model to stand out with this much going in in a photograph, she has to be super strong. Well done. Kemi: This is an example of a model relying a bit too much on pretty. My same feedback on the pose as I gave to True, be careful with the closed eyes and hand/leg placement. This crosses the line into hoochie that wont sell in high fashion magazines. AngieKStan: This is another solid photo from you! You are clearly branding yourself in a specific category of model with your first two photos. Although this is a very bookable look, the judges are starting to wonder if there is versatility there. I see the improvements from last photo to this one, so I expect some even greater things from you as you progress into this season! Jessiejedi: This is a great example of what we are looking for on this show. A model who can take constructive criticism and show us we were right to give you another chance! You took a lot of the feedback given to you and made a lot of improvements in this photo. You created more angles with your pose, you created a lot of movement in this image, and for some reason this photo stands out among the group. While this is not the strongest photo in the bunch, the level of improvement here has me excited to see what other potential we can unlock! Jordie: I love to be wrong about a model, because last week I was certain you couldn’t deliver a high fashion editorial look and that you were too commercial. Although the choice of jacket makes this not scream high fashion, it surely shows your potential as a high fashion model that can do both editorial and commercial work! I did for a second think you had two left hands in this photo, but in the close up I can see its just the lighting on the street, but something you may want to have edited out. Fiji: clearly you have studied your poses and have come to this competition prepared to deliver. Given last week’s photo choice, I was very nervous for this week’s challenge because I wasn’t sure if you were going to be able to rock this look, but you found a way to still bring your personality into this photo, but also sell the look. I do think this is a bit over posed and crosses a bit too far into pin up for high fashion, but its still a great photograph! @MissChloeKay: At first look, the photo is nice. It’s clean, it’s simple, but it doesn’t pop. You have great movement in the hair, but your body is stiff and the pose lacks dimension. You have also chosen to give us another cropped photo, which makes me concerned you aren’t confident to show us a full body shot. Biancabae: At first glance I think this photograph is good. I like the movement, pose, and set up. But when I take a longer look there are a few things that majorly concern me. First, you look almost unrecognizable here. A top model needs to be able to be recognizable in any outfit or look no matter what. The best models in the world are paid the highest because they are most recognizable, and at first I didn’t think this was you. With that aside, I would love to have seen your eyes open, and the handbag in your hand. Also, although not impossible, why is the steering wheel on the right side of the car when you are in New York? This shows you need to pay a bit more attention to the smaller details. Gabs: this is definitely an improvement from last week, particularly in the pose and overall direction of the shot. It is a bit obvious, so I still would like to see more creativity from you! OhEmgee: Again serving face! I am constantly getting so much from your face in your photos and that is such a strong quality in a model! I do think the cropping of this photo is your only major mistake as I would have loved to see how long your legs could look when you don’t cut them off. It would really sell the look! NicoRobin: I’m concerned about you in this competition. I liked the choice of a straight on shot last week, but you have essentially given us the same photo two weeks in a row in a different outfit. The production of the photo is completely overshadowing you as the model. You also didn’t find your light. A model always needs to know where her light is, and unfortunately you haven’t found it in this photo. Even in a dark setting, you need to figure out how you can pose in a way that gets that light onto your face! Ralts023: This photo shows off your body very well, and you are thriving in that. I think the pose has yet again crossed into too much ho, and not enough fashion. The front leg should never be bent toward the camera, it will make it look significantly shorter than it is. The hand placement is what throws it over the top for me. Remember, ho but make it fashion. I finally had a good Royale run. EDIT: 1st Bagel Killed by Goomybear??? LOL from the grave, I'll take this :) I would like to thank Bagel, Luxray, and Marwane for helping me get that far. Sorry about taking the extra time at the end there but along with the real life interruptions I really was sad to have the game end because I did really enjoy it and there was this little part of me that wanted to go down swinging so I had to take a few minutes to process and just say shhhhhhhh to that little voice. Thank you for allowing me that time and understanding and not hunting me down in the meantime. I would also like to thank Medusaluh and Sprite out too soon! Also there were too many others I interacted with this game that made it really fun to name them all but the people listed helped me directly impact the game. And I would like to apologize to all of those I killed along the way. Casinocheese that sniper was ACTUALLY an accident. I fear I may not be able to tag those I killed because I may have been blocked. :S I would like to donate one month of my 4th place winning every year to the families.

I accidentally fired my sniper in royale and hit someone random. I meant to click its description and it went off. I feel bad :(

If I was a judge (and I should be) these would be my critiques. (Acting like toxic Tyra here) https://www.kovaze.com/blog/89373 dimitra this is so fun! NicoRobin- I think your picture is elegant, and I like that you gave us a straight on face shot, but your pose is weak. I would have liked to see a bit more dimension. Melanie- what I like about this photo is your brand really comes across here. Strong face, I like that you show off the garment well. The down side of this photo is the pose makes you look short, and you lose a bit of your leg and also your left arm. It is a strong photo but missing the top spots because of those little details. @MissChloeKay- I find it to be an interesting choice to have gone with a cropped image because you aren’t showing off the full garment, but on the other hand I love that you focus in on the beautiful corset and jewelry, as well as your stunning face. I love that you are extending that neck, it really saves this photo. AngieKStan- I can see this photo being a cover. The pose is strong, the dress is being displayed beautifully, but a couple of things prevent this photo from taking the top spot this week which would be the awkward hand placements. You lose your arms completely and both of your hands are floating. I would have liked to also get a full length to show the entire gown and the heels. Desh – I like that you took a risk with this pose. I love the gown, the crown, and your body looks amazing. I caution you with the pose because it makes you look shorter, so if you had just straightened that back leg a bit more and gone with slightly less hip tilt, this photo is elevated from good to great. Be careful with the hand placement on the clutch. OhEMgee- What I like most about this photo is the emotion I am getting from your face. It’s telling a story. I wonder, why is this beautiful princess sad? It is not the strongest pose of the group, but overall this is a compelling photo that stood out to me. Gabs- Unfortunately there isn’t a ton of good to highlight about this photo. The gown is overpowering you as the model, and the pose is doing nothing to enhance this photo. The close up of the face is the one thing that saves this photo, but if you stay this week you will need to work really hard on posing. Mochalatte- Where do I begin? This photo confuses me from top to bottom. The chosen location, the dress basically coming out of the bottom of the photo pulling focus away from your face, it's just very amateur. The only thing model about this photo is the hand. Trueblood- This is one of my favorite photos of the week. It tells a story, gives high fashion, and even though there is a lot going on in the photo I can’t stop looking at you. You look as if you are floating on those roses yet you keep tension in the right places. The subtle open mouth really tops this photo off. Well done. Jordie- Overall this is a good photo, but it SCREAMS commercial. The pose is commercial. The face is commercial. Overall it is more pageant queen than royal queen. Kemi- I enjoy the creativity, the face looks good, and I appreciate the drama in the hands. The rest of the pose lacks strength as you are being overpowered by the garment. I think you could have created a bit more movement with the dress and used the staff to create more angles. That could have elevated this to a more high fashion photograph. Biancabae- This photo lacks energy. The pose is basic, the dress doesn’t stand out among the group, and my focus goes straight to your lips. If this was a lipstick ad, you would have sold me that lipstick, but this challenge was about Royal Dynasty and you missed the mark. Ralts023- Strong photo overall. Even though you are sitting down you elongated your neck to make you look taller. I do think you need to watch the arch in your back don’t push those girls out too much in a high fashion shoot. If you had bent your knees off the one side and made sure your full shoes were shown out the bottom of the dress you could add more length. Fiji- This is the strongest pose of the bunch by a mile. It is giving high fashion. You created drama, angles, and highlighted the garment well. I also disagree with some of the judges that this didn’t exactly hit the theme, I find this to be so elegant, and shows that royalty is not always castles and feasts. The fact that you can look as elegant as you do despite the location being swampy, just proves how strong this photo really is. To me this is the princess has snuck off from the party to meet up with the common hunk in the forest and I love everything about it. Jessiejedi- I will start by highlighting that even with a very tricky necklace, you did not lose your neck! I like the drama in the hands, but the pose is weak overall, and the off centered chair in the background ruins the symmetry this photo has. You created slight movement in the bottom right in the dress, but I would have liked to see more of this.
