BOUTIQUES ¡Las Boutiques ya están disponibles! Una nueva manera de comprar, vender y regalar diseños. Por 35 Diamonds, puedes abrir una boutique durante 10 días y vender diseños que poseas. Recibirás 100% de ganancia por diseños no usados y 50% de ganancia por diseños usados. Una vez que vendas un diseño en tu boutique, desaparecerá de tu inventario. Los regalos enviados desde la boutique no cuentan para el contador de regalos del usuario. ¡Las boutiques son personalizables y aparecerán en tu perfil! Queremos dar espaço para que as Boutiques brilhem, então estamos estudando uma forma de reduzir um pouco a força dos Leilões. Mais detalhes virão no próximo lançamento. O QUE VEM A SEGUIR? Agora que os usuários têm acesso contínuo a uma grande variedade de boutiques, prevemos uma leve diminuição na procura pelas Lojas. Para acompanhar essa mudança, reduziremos um pouco o número de lojas que abrem nas próximas rodadas. A ideia é que a maior parte das compras aconteça pelas boutiques, enquanto as Lojas se tornam o local para adquirir designs novos e exclusivos, que ninguém ainda possui! Estamos ansiosos para ver como a chegada das boutiques vai movimentar o mercado de Kovaze.

BOUTIQUES Boutiques are now out - a new way for you to buy, sell, and gift designs! For 35 Diamonds, you can open a boutique for 10 days and sell designs that you own. You will earn a 100% profit on all unworn designs, and 50% profit on all worn designs. Once you sell a design in your boutique, it will disappear from your inventory. Gifts sent via the boutique will not count towards the users gift count. Boutiques are personalisable and will appear on your profiles! All newly purchased designs are set to "Unworn", even if they were worn by the previous user. DESIGNS - Navigating to a design will show you which boutiques it's being sold in. - Designs page now displays number of users that own that design - Permissions rework: instead of permanent permissions, buying permissions to a design will allow you to post 3 stock. All existing permissions currently set to 15. SHOPS - See permissions rework above. - With the introduction of boutiques, shops will still play a vital role on Kovaze, being the place that new designs are posted. Gifting from shops will also contribute to the user's gift count. AUCTIONS Out of the three outlets that you can buy and sell designs in, the Auction stands out as the most profitable - at 80% for all items, worn and unworn. We want to give Boutiques room to shine so we'll be looking to nerf the auctions somehow, more on this next release. WHAT'S NEXT? Now that users have year-round access to a plethora of different boutiques, we anticipate the demand for Shops to slightly decrease. To respond to this, we will be slightly decreasing the number of shops that open up over the coming rounds. The idea will be that most purchases will occur through boutiques, with Shops being the outlet for obtaining new and exclusive designs that nobody has yet! We're excited to see how the addition of boutiques shakes up the marketplace on Kovaze.

This will be a paid feature as we don't want usernames to be changed too often, but we've set it at a fairly cheap price point. - You can change your username for 100 diamonds. - You can change back to a previous username for 50 diamonds. - Once you purchase a username, no other user can take it ever again! - Tagging one of your inactive usernames will tag your current username. - All of your usernames will display on your profile. Hi Kovaze 👋 In a previous release, we reworked public shops to remove the competing aspect. We have been pleased with the outcome on all metrics except one: Shop owner satisfaction. We can see that much less players place a bid on Public Shops than Gifting Shops, and we would like to balance this number out. We’ve just rolled out Kovaze v1.6, bringing several new features and the conclusion of one of our most popular events to date. **The Mushroom Hunt Comes to an End** The Mushroom Hunt has officially concluded. Thank you to everyone who took part and helped uncover every hidden species across Kovaze. All mushrooms discovered during the event are now available for sale, allowing collectors and new players alike to complete their sets or purchase their favourites from the shop. **Blog Tags** You can now add tags to your blogs to help organize your posts and make them easier to find. Whether you are sharing strategies, designs, or stories, tags make browsing the community smoother and more intuitive. **Profile Visit Counter** A new profile visits counter has been added. You can now see how many times your profile has been viewed, giving you insight into how much attention your page is attracting. **Coming Soon: The Competitions Rework** Work is well underway on the upcoming Competitions Rework. This update is being developed with great attention and care, aiming to deliver a smoother system, improved layouts, and exciting new features that will redefine how some minigames are played. This release is going to focus on polishing up Kovaze and bringing some more exciting community and quality of life features. We know many were asking for a new gamemode - that's planned for a future release. We don't want to rush anything yet and release something that's anything short of perfect :) --------------------------------------- 1. Comment Likes This one is self explanatory, you can now like comments! --------------------------------------- 2. Games Tab Clicking on the games icon on the navigation screen will now list all of your active games for easy navigation. --------------------------------------- 3. Race Immunity Ticket The winners of the first round in Race will now receive an Immunity Ticket which can be used whilst there are more than 5 teams remaining. The immunity ticket will save you from elimination, even if you are the lowest scoring team. Only 1 person on the team needs to use it to activate it. --------------------------------------- 4. Profile Navigation You can now navigate to your profile by pressing on your avatar in the navigation bar! --------------------------------------- 5. Homepage & Gossipz This is what we're most excited to show! The homepage has finally been implemented and it brings with it a new Gossipz feature. We'll be selecting one anonymous user to be in charge of the Daily Gossipz. This mini rework aims to make the raffle feel more rewarding for more users. • Increased winners per round: 3 → 10 • Prize Distribution changed to fit the 10 winner format ----- SHOPS GAME We’re mostly happy with how the Shops Game is running, but we wanted to address a few quality-of-life improvements and rebalance the ratio of Public to Gifting Shops, as we slightly overshot the number of Public ones. • Shop count adjusted: 13 Public / 2 Gifting → 12 Public / 4 Gifting • Only the shop owner can purchase or gift from their own Gifting Shop • New layout added ----- AUCTIONS • You can now try designs directly in the auctions! ----- See you next week for the Spooktober release!

Here's a surprise mid-patch update that we know some of you will enjoy. --- Skin Tones: You can now change the colour of your skin to get your perfect shade, without needing a new design. Note: You have to select the skin design again to apply the changes. Some other changes: - Fixed the "Challenge already started" bug when double clicking the start button. - Made Holey easier on Mobile - Made Starfall easier on PC (Stars are a bit more sensitive now) - Fixed Holey bug where ball would go much faster than it should -- Thank you all for supporting Kovaze! Tell a designer how much you love their work! -- To come: We're foreseeing inactives being an issue in late-night race games that take a while to fill. Good morning, Kovaze! We're excited to share an upcoming rework to the format of the shops game. Our bottom line is that competition should drive prices 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻, not up. Players should not have to grind for days just to obtain a single design. Likewise, Shop Owners shouldn't feel like they have to keep hiking up prices just to succeed in the Shops Game. We're hoping this change will make the Shops sector feel more rewarding for both shop owners, and their devoted customers! Shops moving on: ̶3̶ → 0 Bids open per round: ̶5̶ → 6 Total round stocks: ̶1̶8̶ → 25 Minimum stocks per design: ̶3̶ → 5 We're removing the concept of the top 3 shops moving on due to the undesirable gameplay it promotes. It forces shop owners to post high, by punishing them for posting lower than their opponents. This style of gameplay is very unforgiving to new users who are less experienced with shops. We're hoping with this new change, owning a shop will feel more of an enjoyable experience, than a stressful one. We still want the Shops Game to remain rewarding for Shop Owners, so we will be increasing the total number of stocks per shop to 25 to allow Shop Owners to sell more, and gain profit. We're rolling this change out next round (meaning the top 3 shop owners from the current round will still be able to move on). We want to observe how these changes impact the economy and the shops game for a few weeks, so expect some numbers to be tweaked around in the near future.
