Hey Kovazia, Sin here with a fresh new summer look for you. Hope you’re all enjoying the summer sun. I know I am. I wanted to share some of our plans and visions for Summer ’26. As we know, Big Brother will be airing in about a month, and this is really *the* season for reality TV. We want Kovaze Summer ’26 to feel big: more events, new users, new games, new competitions, and more reasons to log in and be part of the chaos. 𝗠𝗢𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 I want to rip the band-aid off before we get into the more exciting parts of the season. It’s been almost three months of me moderating the website on my own, while also trying to juggle being admin and continuing to build the site. During such an important season, I really want to shift more of my focus back toward development. One of the issues with the previous moderation team was that it became too large. The mod chat was giving Real Housewives of Kovazia every day, and I don’t think we need to go back to that. This time, I’m keeping it simple and bringing in two people that the community trusts, and that I personally trust too. I also don’t believe there’s a need for anonymity anymore. These are my choices because they’ve earned my trust, and I don’t feel the need to hide that. @Chibi and Tisha, welcome to the mod team. I want to make one thing very clear: mod abuse will not be tolerated. If you harass my moderators in any way, I will treat that as harassment toward the business and/or its patrons. I’ll still be sporadically active on the head mod account, Moderation, but I trust both of these moderators wholeheartedly. And yes, you can still vote them out in games. You will not get banned. :) 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦 I think it’s time to take Kovaze to the next level. That means new games, polished reworks for existing games, and updates to areas of the site that really need attention, including raffle, bingo, designs, and maybe even something new entirely. Rumour has it the world of Kovazia may be expanding, with new places in our world for you to visit. More on that soon. I also really want to freshen up the UI across the website, including some of the images and visuals. If that’s something you’re good at, or something you’d be interested in helping with, please raise an admin ticket! For now, let’s take a look at what we have planned for events. 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 We have a lot of fun events planned for the summer. With the World Cup coming up, we’re excited to bring in some World Cup-inspired events for everyone, whether you love football or couldn’t care less about it. More events means more opportunities for everyone to play, win, and get involved. A: The Challenge Cutthroat vibes. 3 Teams of 8 players. Comp each round. The losing teams have to nominate 1 person into elimination. The winning team earns some Koinz and sends in a 3rd nominee from either losing team. The nominee with the highest score is safe, and the other 2 are eliminated. Game ends at final 8, where the remaining players will be sent into a new game (merge streak vibes, teams will still randomise every game). B: Castings vibes. Individuals game. Popups will spawn throughout the day that give you money. These can be spent on safety, a score boost, or saved up. Every round the bottom 3 in the challenge will be nominated (unless they have a safety). Players must vote 3, 2, or 1 points on the nominees. The player with the most points is eliminated. The finale occurs at top 4 where the player with the most money wins the game. Sending messages in the chat will also give you some money. C: Big Brother vibes, potentially with some Rookies elements. HOH, POV, Nominees - but with twists. Think what Outcasted is to Survivor as this would be to Big Brother. Major focus on random casts - the game would fill once a week and randomize everyone who enrolled into a house of 13. Viewers would have a betting system. The poll isn't strictly deciding what I end up adding (Which will always be what I think the site needs!!) but I appreciate seeing where different groups of people stand on things 😊

Not from a personal perspective but a world overview. Imo (From worst to best): 10. 2016 - Really shitty year. A lot of celebrity deaths. Notably Christina Grimmie, I remember the blogs page on that day and it being all anyone talked about. The start of Instagram polish. Life feels like before/after 2016 and we were sent into a hellhole timeline afterwards. 9. 2018 - You know a year was boring when Fortnite was the only thing making cultural waves for half the time. Tiktok gained popularity and apps. Kind of a khia year. 8. 2019 - The Khia-est of years. I can't remember a single thing that happened in 2019. It was the calm before the storm. We had peace before we had hell, and for that I am somewhat grateful for her. 7. 2015 - Not a terrible year, we got some iconic trends. Black and Blue dress etc. We also got some really shitty ones. This was the year Old YouTube felt officially dead and was instead replaced by a viral sensation machine. It was 2016 in its infancy, before it decided to go down the wrong path. Also the start of a lot of political unrest. 6. 2017 - I'm not going to lie, the only reason it's this high is because of the music. It had a sort of naïve recession-pop (but make it very mainstream) vibe to it. We really thought 2015/2016 was a struggle, not knowing what was ahead! Also this was the last year before every popstar and their mama cosplayed as an indie artist for the next 3 years. 5. 2014 - The OG pop girlies were dominating it this year. Katy Perry with Dark Horse, Taylor with Blank Space, and Ariana rising in popularity. The only reason it's not higher is because it was also the death of trashy club pop and I can never forgive her for that. But she had to do what she had to do. Everything just had a good vibe imo. 4. 2012 - The last notable Olympics games. The world was slowly recovering from the great recession & there was a lot of hope for good things to come. It would be #1 on the list of the world actually ended here but we ended with a bit of a let down. 3/2. 2010/2011 - The final years before the true death of the dance floors. Millennials were being trashy as fk, Zillenials were getting fed with Nintendo consoles and games, and Blackberries were completely dying out in favour of apple (which in retrospect was a mistake but at the time felt so glamorous and advanced). Anyways you had to be alive for this era and I do wish I was a bit older for it but alas. 1. 2013 - Everything was perfect. Music, YouTube, the economy was recovering to pre-crash levels, political unrest hadn't hit yet, Social media was advancing but still obscure and unpolished, it was just THE year. I wish every year could be 2013. You had to be there to get it.

Tatum - In addition, a rule clarification: You will *never* be banned for filing any sort of report against another user, whether the allegation is true or false. The rule is that accusations should not be made on the blogs page because I don't want to set a precedent of users accusing other users of heinous and illegal crimes, and having a recurrence of today's events. All reports made using the report tool will be investigated, and the reportee will never be banned regardless of the outcome of the report.
