Went to the ER today...
Wednesday, I woke up with my left side of my face being swollen and then today I wake up to my whole face being swollen and a burning sensation (update on that is swelling has gone down but the burning sensation has not left :/).
Doc gave me some meds to help with that and then also diagnosed me with anxiety and gave me anxiety meds so now I shall be mellow.
I knew I wasn't crazy with anxiety taking over me sobs, glad I'm getting some help though :)
IDK why I'm blogging it here but anyways be nice to me pls <3

Glaceon It's called cortisol face and it happens when you're under high stress
itsamodernlife i think what raul meant is that swelling and burning sensation are very nonspecific symptoms and require a full workup. regardless, i hope you are doing better akshar hugs ♡
Glaceon itsamodernlife desh so because it started with one side of the face and continued they were checking signs of stroke or shingles, that was then ruled out and they said it could be an allergic reaction and gave meds to help with the inflammation and burning sensation and then gave some meds for the anxiety I was a whole mess there lmao
