The first one pops up as soon as you qualify and then the other two pop up every two races or every 3 races down the line. One at a time. Each time you can re-roll for 6 bucks if you don't like the first 3 options that are presented to you. You can roll as many times u want until u run out of money.
JACK_O_LANTERN one more thing yes the prices are automatically used for the following round. You don't have to pick them. And they apply automatically every round you survive.
