it was so good the first 2 seasons but the premise kind of confuses me. Why add new people later in the game? kind of defeats the purpose of the eliminations

I think they should’ve just started with 12 people at once
Icon me too!!! the show would be so much better. Because it gets very cliquey and the new people have no chance and they dont deserve to make finals either. I was shocked that they kept those same rules into the 2nd and later seasons because it was a very bad premise
