Idea for Shops/Designs In General

What if....again what if. We get rid of shops and just make boutiques permanent. I do like the competitive nature of shops but it has become unhealthy for both shop owners and the consumers. I personally believe if you are selling something you can sell it for whatever you want without restrictions because it is your shop which I think boutiques would be perfect for it. Plus if it is gone forever why is the icon and access to it still on the site? Why can't it be removed. It gives false hope. So this is my what if idea. -Everyone has access to a boutique. -To keep it open you have to pay a weekly fee of Koinz (50 or 100). I think earning that amount in a week is feasible, plus those who really want to sell things can put the effort in it and those who don't, can just ignore it. -You have two sections. New and Used items. New items are designs you have made or purchased stock. Used are items you have. -You can set the price to whatever you want. For profits, New Items you get 100% profits while used you get 50% profits back. (or we can scrap that and 100% for all). - We can have a healthy competitive aspect where whoever sells the most (or ranking) will get a prize (at the end of month or bi-monthly). Maybe vending machine tokens or cute flame. Some incentive where it is nice to get but not the end of the world. At the end of the day everyone gets something at it. Either extra Koinz, tokens, flames, personalized letter from Sin. There is probably more that would go into this but this would be a general skeleton/outline for it. Okay thank you <3 -Robin
