Skin Question

So, some of you may know I had a major brain surgery. Following this I have had a serious case of psoriasis break out on my skin. Its is unbearable and painful, does anyone here I know we are scattered across the nations does anyone have any remedies or natural reliefs that could assist me, I am in pain and I am bleeding from cracked skin and super itchy rashes that are covering my body quickly. I know we have some people out here who are amazing and are experts in so many fields can we tag some skin experts down below because American medicine is not working
