"Bitch you are going to win with this" Sin You said yourself. If you need receipts, then that means you think I am an ugly fucking liar, which how dare you think I am one. That is my first statement. The other statement is this: In the beginning, it started with Alice and Eve. Eve took the Snake's forbidden fruit, and Adam arrived, and Alice left Eve because of a job opportunity. My outfit symbolizes none of that but 1929 stock market crash. Thank you, contestant number 17, NicoRobin
A sculptural statement in true Mugler fashion. Worn by Anok Yai, this dramatic black gown combines sharp elegance with theatrical volume, featuring a cinched silhouette, sweeping train and striking hooded structure. Dark, powerful and effortlessly commanding, the look embodies Mugler’s signature blend of high fashion and fierce femininity. - As someone who is a MASSIVE fan of Mugler (just bought a bag with money i dont have) I’m so happy to be wearing this stunning outfit made by Mileena <3 It’s couture, stunning and crazy, which defines me and one of my favourite things, fashion.
i just wanted to wear pink
art has always been the most valuable form of expression and is something i'll fight to preserve until i die. my look is meant to play with the masculine and feminine. i am simultaneously presenting a typically masculine outfit but with feminine detailings in a soft pastel color. there definitely isn't AS MUCH specific artistic inspirations as others, but i loveeee this outfit and am using it to represent the fluidity of my own gender identity and expression
My look is a tribute to one of, if not, THE most notable hairstyle on Kovaze: The Esperanza. The gown itself is solely made of several Blonde Esperanza’s, which is the rarest Esperanza as there are only 10 copies and it will never be posted in shops again. Fashion is an art form in which you can express yourself in any way you want through your clothing, and I am a firm believer that the same can be said about one’s hair. There are so many different hairstyles in the world, and I think that hair is yet another medium in which people can express themselves. Therefore, Hair Is Art, just like Fashion Is Art.
Tonight, I am paying tribute to the great artist Tarsila do Amaral and her painting "Abaporu". Tarsila do Amaral was a foundational figure in Brazilian Modernism, and her 1928 masterpiece, Abaporu, remains the most valuable painting in Brazil’s history. The title comes from the Indigenous Tupi-Guarani words for "man who eats," serving as the primary inspiration for the Anthropophagic Movement. This movement suggested that Brazil should "devour" foreign influences, like European techniques, and digest them to create something entirely new and uniquely Brazilian. With its distorted proportions, vivid tropical colors, and iconic cactus, the painting represents a bold reclamation of national identity and remains a powerful symbol of Brazil's creative independence. Another interpretation of the painting raises the issue of labor. The theme appears in the representation of the figure's feet and hands, which appear disproportionately large, symbolizing the manual labor performed by a large part of the Brazilian population. Meanwhile, the head, less emphasized, represents intellectual work, relegated to a small economic and academic elite. It's CAMP! It's FASHION! It's POLITICAL! #ArtIsFashion #KovGala
I'm wearing it nkw and will keep it on, but posting a pic in case you already started looking. Fashion is art, and for me, finding a look that suits my personality is art. This is me, I like being pretty and girly, but the butterfly theme is important. Butterflies represent transformation and freedom, I'm always able to find new parts of myself and evolve into something beautiful and free.
My Kov Gala look was built around the idea that fashion can act as a living frame for art. Instead of simply wearing clothes, I wanted to wear a piece of art itself. The painting across my chest represents something timeless and classical, while the rest of the look creates a more modern, almost cinematic contrast, the all-black silhouette, dark sunglasses, and dramatic hair turn my body into a moving gallery. The gold frame reflects the way society tries to contain and define art, but here it becomes alive, with movement, personality, and human presence. The look plays with the line between the artwork and the artist, questioning where one ends and the other begins. Tonight, the art isn’t hanging on a wall, it’s walking up the Kov Gala steps.
With this design I wanted to reflect three forms of art. First, painting, since the entire design is hand-painted. Second, cinema, by portraying on the skirt some of the greatest cinematic masterpieces in history. And third… the female body, which is the most beautiful art of all, using a nude-colored corset (also hand-painted) to imitate the contour of the female body, while the skirt gives the illusion of a dress the model is taking off 😊 I don’t care if people don’t like it — my personality (which is also an art) is huge and wonderful enough for me to wear whatever I want without caring about what others think.
This look represents the ultimate fusion between the human body and the immortality of art history. Through a bold, asymmetric division, the piece embodies the concept of duality: on one side, the ethereal purity of white marble evokes the tradition and aesthetic ideals of classical Greco-Roman sculpture; on the other, polished gold gleams like divine, futuristic armor, flirting intensely with haute couture surrealism. More than a gown, this creation transforms the wearer into a living Renaissance masterpiece. The impeccable draping—mimicking the wet-drapery effect sculpted into stone—bridges the conceptual rigidity of the bodice with the dramatic fluidity of the skirt. It is a visual manifesto on how the classical past and historical opulence can be deconstructed to define the pinnacle of contemporary fashion.

Featuring only hand-drawn designs, my Avatar pays tribute to my favorite art form, film.
I was deeply inspired by the painting “La Musicienne” by Tamara de Lempicka because of its timeless Art Deco elegance and the way it portrays modern femininity with such strength, softness, and intention at the same time. There’s something emotionally powerful to me about how the painting captures a woman who is not only beautiful, but completely immersed in her passion for art and music. It feels sophisticated and glamorous on the surface, yet underneath it carries this quiet sense of independence, emotion, and self-expression that I really connected with. When creating my look, I intentionally chose to keep it more minimal and understated. I knew I could have gone in a more dramatic or extravagant direction, but I didn’t want the styling to overpower the actual inspiration behind it. I wanted the focus to stay on the feeling of the painting itself, the elegance, the emotion, and the relationship between femininity and artistry. To me, simplicity can sometimes say more than excess. I wanted the look to feel refined and intentional rather than distracting, almost like a modern interpretation of the same spirit Lempicka captured in her work. More than anything, I wanted this look to feel like a love letter to art, music, and the kind of femininity that doesn’t have to demand attention loudly in order to be powerful. “La Musicienne” inspired me because it feels both classic and modern at once, and I wanted to reflect that same balance in my own way.
This look represents far more than just aesthetics — it symbolizes presence, power, and artistic expression. Every visual element feels intentionally designed to create a strong, sophisticated, almost cinematic identity. There is a perfect blend of classic glamour and futuristic fashion, making the outfit feel like it belongs to a world where fashion becomes both art and personality. The dramatic composition gives off an aura of confidence and exclusivity. The shine, movement, and structure of the outfit reflect the essence of digital haute couture — something created not simply to be worn, but to leave an impact. It is the kind of look that instantly captures attention because it transforms elegance into a visual spectacle. The outfit also represents creative freedom. It moves beyond the ordinary and embraces a bold, fashion-forward, ultra-modern aesthetic. Every detail feels like a statement that fashion does not need to follow traditional rules; it can be extravagant, artistic, luxurious, and still remain sophisticated. There is an undeniable energy of a gala star, a fashion icon, and a main character all at once. Beyond the glamour, the look radiates attitude. It represents someone who sees fashion as a form of self-expression, someone who wants to be remembered for their authenticity and striking presence. This look is not just about being beautiful — it is about telling a visual story of elegance, power, and art.

My look means everything to me as someone who loves fashion and art. I always have gotten inspiration from old drawings I’ve done as well as other designers and was inspired by Erté for this look and an old piece I drew that meant a lot to me I want to show who I am with everything I do and this piece was nothing less of that. I made sure to include a custom collar for my dog because he means the world to me and I want this community to know that part of me and what makes me look forward to each day as not only an artist but who I am as a person
Icon my art piece that inspired this look, I changed the colors to give it new life
