MessyJ was banned thanks to a few users and myself holding a private investigation where we were able to discover new information regarding JesseM. The reason this rule exists is to protect users from being falsely witch-hunted and potentially defamed which has happened. If you have a valid report then the report tool is all you need. The culture of blogs page witch hunting is a Tengaged one and it's to be kept on Tengaged.

My guess is Kovaze can be held liable for defamation for false accusations.
We also have it where we get punished for being inactive in race...
