I just woke up on the floor

I went to bed like any normal night, but I just woke up on the floor. Everything that was on my bedside table is now on the floor and I woke up on the floor. I’m so curious if anyone else has ever slept walked out of bed or fallen out of bed in adulthood. My back and leg hurt but I’m fine other than that. Has anyone else had this problem as an adult?
