Trader Joes cauliflower gnocchi is not a good substitute for the real deal. If you can spare the extra 100 calories (everyone can, eat a lighter lunch) do that and have the real thing instead. I made a fabulous sauce for my gnocchi and all I taste is delicious sauce with a side of cauliflower. Trader Joes, you will be dealt with.
