Leaving a little shop, one female staff member and we hear her screaming and hes shoving her grabbing boxes of vapes . Ended up wrestling him down outside the shop but the shop keeper got flung in the process and smashed her face so my immediate concern switched to her . So he got away. Atleast 10 full grown adult men outside and not one did a fucking thing. Bystander effect is so fucking real .
