i feel like if a user is constantly mentioning you, stalking your blogs, & won't leave you alone even with the filter feature, that quantifies as harassment and users on here deserve to at least be able to like report people for it lol

Yes, a great step towards rectifying this would be making it so the block feature actually prevent peoples from interacting with your avatar the way it works on social media.
i agree tbf i’ve reported the person, head_mod has warned them and i have had them filtered since but they still neg all my blogs and blog about me too (just without tagging)
