speaking out.

people keep saying to me to not put all my eggs in one basket. and here’s the issue; it’s that i only have one basket. and in this world there are so many eggs, there is an abundance of eggs. but baskets? not so much. ya know the egg-to-basket ratio in this country is unacceptable. and ya know, what if i don’t have very many eggs? what if i only have 2 eggs? you want me to get another basket for like one egg in each basket? that doesn’t seem practical at all. i mean, i guess if you have only a really small basket that can only fit one egg, sure buy another one because you shouldn’t try to fit more eggs in there. but like my basket is a pretty normal basket and i can fit a pretty much all the eggs i have on a given day. so i don’t know what you want from me. i don’t think it’s smart of me to buy another basket. i just think this is fucked up for people to keep telling me this. idk
