Silly Question about Gifting from New Player

For the Gift Shops that sell items for 1 coin, can anyone purchase those items or is that frowned upon? 😅 I remember years ago on TG the cheap items were typically for the shop owner's friends. I love that Super Over look in Seong's shop but I don't want to purchase it if it's meant for someone else or if I'll get publicly shamed and humiliated. <3 Thxxx
