any legitimate suggestions
for getting on a normal sleep schedule? i constantly fall into the pattern of staying up till 4-8am and then sleeping till 2-4pm.......... even if i pull an all nighter and sleep at a normal time for one day... it literally goes back to degeneracy the next day. there is just something so peaceful about being up super late ???? idk.... but it really does mess with my IRL!!!

I quite literally have the same problem and what solved it for me was an amazing drug called hydroxyzine :3
pull an all nighter dont sleep till the next day time it so you sleep a bit earlier than usual like 8pm, then youd prob wake up at 10ish at least

Iβm the same but honestly the only thing that works is setting an alarm at the same time every day. Eventually your body will be tired earlier so you get enough sleep.
Get you a man that will give you a early bedtime and no dick unless you follow it π€π΄π

when i get like this i crouch down low like a crab so my knees and chest are the same level and i will take great big huffs inwards (like the big bad wolf blowing down those little piggies houses) until i get so so lighthead and then ill stand up as quickly as i can and everything fades to black then when i can see again its 6-9 hours later haha

Not that I am the poster child for normalcy ... but put the phone away like an hour before bed and read a book til you are sleepy! That's what I do when I'm desperate for a good night's sleep! Tartar cherry juice and magnesium supplements help too
