I think not every villain is a traditional villain. Take Jerri Manthey for example she doesn't really insult people on a personal level nor does she really betray people but she's mostly hated for speaking her mind against men and not taking shit.
Hmmm, why is "loud" even considered a quality for a villain? You did punch me in the face for a wig but I said thank you for that.
