Some of you ass kissers are odd!

When a game site wants to grow, it needs more than new features and a polished design. It needs trust. It needs players who feel safe being honest without getting attacked, brushed off, or quietly pushed out. That is why it feels so strange, especially in smaller communities, when a website owner and the owner’s most loyal followers put serious effort into shutting down criticism. Even the sloppy kind. Even the “bitching and whining” kind. Especially that kind. Because like it or not, that noise is still feedback. And when you treat feedback like a threat, you do not just create drama. You create a culture that makes growth harder, not easier. It is also strange when community leadership, or a loud inner circle, acts like any negative reaction is unacceptable. Like criticism equals betrayal. Like players owe gratitude instead of honesty. If you run a game site, that mindset is backward. Complaints are often a sign that people are still invested. The players who truly do not care usually do not complain at all. They just leave.

I have never shut off criticism or asked anyone to shut off criticism for me?

Sin that is false, I distinctly remember when you made a blog saying it was a bannable offense to critique anything you do, you banned yahwna for making a blog calling out authoritarian. Besides the point, whether you do that directly anymore is not important, your supporters are doing enough without you needing to say anything. Freedom of speech goes both ways, so I’m not knocking you, but facts are facts

Airi This was in OCTOBER shortly after release and it was regarding criticising moderation decisions, NOT admin decisions. The feedback to that rule being implemented was negative, so I removed the rule that same day. If anything that proves feedback is heard. Facts truly are facts.

If you run a game site, that mindset is backward. Complaints are often a sign that people are still invested. You ate with this a little bc every successful gaming community thinks the devs like hate them LMAO it is annoying whining but you’re right it does show investment and care
